Considered the foundation and most complete form of yoga. It is suitable for all levels, bringing together strength, balance, and flexibility. Incorporating the science of breathing (pranayama) and synchronization on physical poses (asana), it helps to reduce stress, burn calories and reduce weight.
An original workout combining Pilates poses with yoga breathing, designed to develop and strengthen the core area which includes primarily the abs, lower back, glutes and thighs.
Treatment focuses on areas from the head, neck, shoulders to the middle of the back that develop increasing pressure and compression which is accumulated from daily activities, bad posture or injuries.
The key to overcoming this is to introduce exercises that increase mobility, strength and flexibility. The combination of these exercises will give individuals the correct tools to tackle health challenges at any level to manage their condition, reduce symptoms, increase vitality and restore balance.
Treatment focuses on areas from the lower back, hips, knees to the feet that develop tension and tightness which is accumulated from daily activities, bad posture and injuries.

Miss Diana Loh a beauty industry veteran and devout yoga practitioner, started Avante with Avante Aesthetique in 2008 emphasizing outer beauty and wellness management followed by Avante Face Body Yoga in 2015 which emphasizes inner health and beauty through yoga. In 2021 Ms Diana Loh combined both Avante Aesthetique and Avante Face Body Yoga into today’s Avante Body and Wellness. A healing studio for inner and outer beauty that symbolises her distinct concept of what relaxation and quality healing should be like. As a result, the atmosphere from your first visit is one of tranquillity.

The Avante Yoga Teacher Training Course offers an immersive 200-hour program designed for those aspiring to deepen their yoga practice and acquire the skills necessary to become proficient yoga instructors. This comprehensive course goes beyond the physical aspects of yoga, offering a holistic approach that encompasses various styles and techniques to ensure a well-rounded understanding and application of yoga principles.
Course Structure & Content
Trainees will engage in an in-depth study of numerous yoga poses, focusing on alignment, modifications, and the use of props to accommodate all levels of students. The emphasis on safe and effective practice ensures that future teachers can guide their students through sequences that are both challenging and accessible.
Understanding the human body's structure and functions is crucial for a yoga teacher. This component of the course offers insights into how yoga affects the body, how to prevent injuries, and how to tailor yoga practices to individual needs, including those with specific health concerns.
Breath control and meditation are key elements of a holistic yoga practice. The training provides techniques to teach various breathing exercises that enhance physical and mental well-being. Meditation instruction focuses on guiding students to develop their practice, fostering mindfulness and inner peace.
